We work on accounting software like QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, Design Manager, Studio Webware Design. Our services are as follows:

 

          Bookkeeping and record keeping.  Including computerized statements (Bank                          reconciliations, P & L statements & Balance sheets)

 

          New Books of account set up in QB

 

          Set up and design Chart of Accounts as per industry and required by the client

 

          Reconstruction and correction of Books of Accounts in existing QuickBooks

 

          Recording transactions and gross-up payroll and

          Preparing reconciliations of bank, credit card, LOC accounts, payroll etc…

 

          Doing/completing backlog work (if any)

 

          Accounts Receivables & Payables

 

          Preparing customized report as required by clients.

 

          Finalization of books at year-end.

 

          Liaison with your CPA for month-end/year-end closing.
